I'm a world traveler and avid hiker, and I care deeply about the earth and the people on it. That's why I love the startup scene: entrepreneurs want to make a difference, and are willing to take big risks to positively disrupt the status quo.
I have 15 years of experience in technology, operations, and management—always with a creative, collaborative, and organized approach. I have strong operational, relationship, and commercial sense that effectively drives teams towards the achievement of their strategic vision. I have a passion for guiding entrepreneurs through the complex landscape of a startup's early life. Making organizations run like clockwork is my passion.
I am a life-long learner and curious explorer with a diverse education in history, anthropology, Middle East studies, and business. I have travelled to 55 countries on six continents and summited mountains in the Alps, Andes, Himalayas, and the Rockies. I currently serve on the Board of the Charlottesville Business Innovation Council (CBIC), and as an associate with Charlottesville Angel Network (CAN).
